This is a German mini decanter. This vintage piece is most likely from the 1960s. The designs are coming off the bottles due to age. The bottom of the bottle is stamped "775 0.100L" and " Altenkunstadt Bavaria". This bottle is under 5 inches tall. The cork stopper is in the bottle and is not removable.
