Lusterware Art Deco Creamer Germany made

1930’s-1940’s Lusterware Celebrate Art Deco porcelain creamer made in Germany. This is only the creamer and not the set of creamer and sugar bowl. This creamer has a discoloration on the side of the creamer. On the bottom of the creamer it is stamped with:
“CELEBRATE”
“Germany Registered”
